He sucks all the fun out of everything. 

He's not as bad as Joe, though...

J: Just taking out some random scumbag?

G: Isn't that what you're doing?

J: No, I'm protecting a city. Taking down whole syndicates. Breaking down the machine. 

G: So? I'm protecting the planet. Taking down major players. REAL bad guys. The ones at the top of the pyramid.
